Watch out for fake invoices
Unfortunately, trademark holders regularly receive fake/phantom invoices: official-looking invoices for inclusion of the trademark in an unknown register. These phantom invoices come from fraudulent organisations. Those who pay them lose their money and receive nothing back for it.
Do not pay!
Please be alert to this. A large number of these organisations are operative. As an example, the logos and letter-headings of a number of parties are presented below, but there are more. If you receive such an invoice, do not pay. In case of doubt, please contact us.
