Three Kings

Three Kings is very successful worldwide with the sale of products such as charcoal and frankincense. Like most successful brands, Three Kings also has to deal with counterfeiting: companies that sell products online under the Three Kings brand that do not come from our customer. Three Kings, for example, found several counterfeit products on bol.com, a recognised Dutch e-commerce company in 2020.

Removed from bol.comChiever succeeded in having all counterfeit products removed from bol.com via a notice-and-take-down action in a short time. It was equally important also legally to address the Indian source of these fake products. This party has subsequently confirmed that it will stop using the Three Kings brand name.
