No confusion

According to BOIP, the trademarks simply don’t look alike enough. The only common elements consist of the descriptive word ‘Care’ and a stylised figure, which does differ substantially in parts, according to the BOIP, who also says there is no risk of confusion and therefore no infringement. I am inclined to agree.
